1. Examining which areas and social groups are using Travel Training Schemes
2. Evaluating the effectiveness of Travel Training Schemes
3. Identifying barriers to effectiveness and suggesting ways in which these may be overcome
For the purposes of this document we will focus predominantly on point 3.

• Refer to identified ‘issues affecting the provision of Travel Training’ and suggest ways that Easy-Web-Page might assist in overcoming them
• Discuss your outlined ‘Keys to success’ and suggest ways that Easy-Web-Page might help you to achieve them
• By doing this, indicate a number of ways that an Easy-Web-Page project would help Department for Transport to convey the benefi ts of Travel Training to prospective users and ‘non-transport organisations’ in order to increase uptake and obtain support for the schemes

Creativity and Customer Care In a Crisis!
At the moment, when everyone who works in property, owns property or, indeed, just lives in a property (!) is exuding doom and gloom, it seems positively obscene to be upbeat about the property sector.
I was in a recent meeting with a mortgage advisor who actually lowered her voice to say that business was booming, as though embarrassed to go against the grain and admit such a controversial fact! If you dig a little deeper you’ll find that she’s not the only one bucking the trend. Pantheon Property Services, Downtown’s latest DT100 member, has actually undergone a recent expansion and the company is not afraid to shout about its secrets to success.
Pantheon has owned and managed a portfolio of properties in Liverpool for many years so when, in July, Pantheon began to let and manage properties on behalf of other people it was already a well established landlord.
